How often do we provide service? What service type is mostly used?
The most popular service option is the weekly service, chosen by many customers who appreciate its effectiveness in maintaining a clean yard and ensuring the happiness of their dogs! For more information about our services and pricing please visit our Pricing page for details.
What if I want to skip a service day?
Please call us 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service day to inform us so we can plan accordingly. If your dog is going to be gone for a certain period of time, we can place your service on hold.
What happens if I want to cancel my services?
Call/text/email us to cancel your service at least 48 hours before your next scheduled cleanup in order to not be charged for your next session.
Do you work on Holidays?
No. Our office is closed on major holidays including; New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. If your service day falls on a holiday, service will resume the following business day.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes, dogs produce waste all year round which is why we provide service year-round. Winter service is just as important!
Do you notify me when my yard has been serviced?
Yes, send you a text message letting you know your yard has been cleaned. We also leave your a door hanger.
